1. Use of the Index
The RSustain EcoCapital Index ("RECI") is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. RSustain does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of scores, which are adjudicated based on public data availability at the time of assessment.
2. Intellectual Property
The RECI Rubric, multi-pillar methodology, and specific entity scores are the intellectual property of RSustain. Unauthorized scraping, commercial redistribution, or resale of the Index data is prohibited without a formal licensing agreement.
3. Limitation of Liability
RSustain is not liable for any decisions made based on RECI data. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. We reserve the right to recalibrate scores as more evidence becomes available or as methodology versions are updated.
4. Professional Portal
Users of the RECI Professional Portal (app.ecocapitalindex.com) are subject to additional enterprise terms governing deeper data access and adjudication requests.
