1. Use of Content
The content on this site, including the RECI public benchmarks, is for informational purposes only. Commercial redistribution or use of RECI scores in financial products without express written permission is prohibited.
2. Benchmark Nature
RECI public scores are benchmark indicators. They are not credit ratings, ESG ratings, certifications, or assurance opinions. Users should not rely on these scores for investment decisions without independent verification.
3. Framework Ownership
The RECI framework and methodology are the intellectual property of Resilient Sustainance Limited. Any use of the methodology must be correctly attributed to the RSustain Ecocapital Index (RECI).
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resilient Sustainance Limited accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on RECI public benchmark scores. All scores are indicative assessments of publicly available information and should not be used as the sole basis for commercial, investment, regulatory, or strategic decisions.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
