How we handle institutional and public data

1. Data Collection

RECI public rankings are based on publicly available data. We do not collect private individual data through the public index. Personal data provided through contact enquiries is used solely for the purpose of responding to that enquiry.

2. Professional Portal

Data handled within the RECI professional portal is governed by specific institutional agreements. Access to the portal requires authentication, and user data is processed to maintain account security and provide requested benchmark insights.

3. Data Processing

Resilient Sustainance Limited ensures that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

4. GDPR Compliance

Resilient Sustainance Limited complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We act as data controller for personal data submitted through contact enquiries on this site.

5. Data Retention

Personal data submitted via contact enquiries is retained for no more than 24 months from the date of receipt, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your Rights
