You acknowledge that inaccurate or incomplete inputs may produce inaccurate outputs. You remain responsible for decisions taken based on Platform outputs.
The Platform, including its diagnostic methodology, scoring logic, content, design, trademarks, and generated certificate-style outputs (excluding your submitted data), are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for your internal business purposes during your authorised access period.
You retain rights to the information you submit, subject to the Operator’s rights to process it to provide and secure the Platform. Details on how we process personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe that:

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business opportunity, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or reliance on outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform.
